MISSION/VISION

[Our group] was formed with the sole purpose of acquiring and growing a single small to medium sized business in the greater Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area. We are two mid-career entrepreneurs each with over ten years’ experience in the energy and construction industries. We want to work with the right business owner to provide an attractive liquidity option while also giving peace of mind that the business will continue under competent leadership.
